SEPS:PRISM retains FieldView or direct import, TEGUMENT, HookFuse, task-specific candidate comparison, FUZZARIA and expert review. Evidence export preserves observations and interpretations separately. PARAPLEX adds downstream ecological analysis without replacing those components. This collection executes source ingestion, deterministic morphometry and descriptive ecological summaries; the diagram does not claim that every recognition or ecological model is implemented or validated. Each output retains its unit of observation, missing evidence and reporting scope.
