A numerical reconstruction cannot validate the anatomical choice of boundary. Reviewed polygon: Preserve source coordinates, closure, traversal and excluded artifacts. Arc length: Parameterize segments by length and integrate coefficients exactly. Reconstruction: Declare harmonic count and measure error against the chosen polygon. Comparison: Declare normalization; test orientation and repeat tracing before biology. These are proposed documentation requirements, not measured system performance.
