We recompute polygon area, Feret dimensions, circularity and Feret ratio from saved source-coordinate traces. Whiskers show a declared uniform radial displacement of ±2 source pixels; they are sensitivity ranges, not confidence intervals. R1 and R2 share one image and do not supply biological replication.
